    I tried multiple ways to get this to activate; in the end I had to use the white creature (cost of 2 mana) that empowers jace equal to the number of creatures I control when it attacks. Creatures including the attacker equal to 10 exactly in order to create the jace 10 token. That triggered it for me. Hope this helps.

    As you can see by the screenshots, it's like the menu has made a sub menu for the Ghalta achievement to sit outside where it should activate.
