It’s been very frustrating and would appreciate reimbursement for the entry fee or token for a Dominaria draft event

An error occurred while saving the comment Regardless, I just wanted to let you know that Teferi the planeswalker doesn't seem to be functionning correctly. I try to activate his ability to tap and untap permanents, but they remain unchanged.
I don't know if the interraction between Teferi and Luxior, Giada's Gift as anything to do with it, but there might be something there.

An error occurred while saving the comment During a game in Premiere Draft event the game suddenly did not allow me to Tap a newly played land, nor could I even target that land with Grafted Growth.
The following turn, that land was tappable, however the game would NOT let me play a land from my hand for the turn.

An error occurred while saving the comment During the pick phase of the draft the game suddenly stopped and my event was ruined.
As you can see from the packs near my avatar icon it was my turn to pick a card, but i was not able to see the cards. So it was impossible to me to finish my pick phase of the draft.An error occurred while saving the comment When drafting from a spellbook, the card is not displayed and cannot be drafted.
An error occurred while saving the comment Draft card can not be seen and not picked by clicking. UI auto pick another card instead.
