I had the same thing happen to me when an opponent was going all out on a Enduring Vitality/Stormsplitter combo, where the system started to lag after resolving two 175 triggers, both in turn and at the EOT. The program still is not recognizing when it is resolving actions without interaction, and counting it against the players who are not active.
I mean, with grace, I probably should have conceded, anyway, but I do not deserve to lose my turn because the program can't pause the clock when it is resolving actions that are not controllable by either party.
