Since most recent update, I have been unable to use MTG Arena. A black screen pops up and never changes. I have tried downloading the suggested link by WOTC in Visual Studio C++ 2019 and this has not changed things. I also downloaded another item suggested by a user that others had success with without any changes. Please help fix this issue. It also appears that my MTGO account got erased.
