One of the most important things in competitive deckbuilding games like this one when it comes to decks is consistency. Consistency meaning in what you draw (which is why best decks in deckbuilding games usually have 2 or more copies of good cards), consistency in tactic (you have 1 central tactic most your cards aim to do/are good at, for example if your goal is to rush face it is usually not good to throw in an expensive 8+ cost creature into a cheap costing creatures rush deck) and consistency in wins.
This deck is not good because it is not consistent, and is built around trying to pull off a lucky combo. Try to play this deck in higher ranks and you will lose 9 out of 10 times since you need to get extremely lucky and draw 3 specific cards in your early hand. Not to mention once Lich is out it can still be countered by cards like unsummon.
Sure it feels bad to lose around 1 out of 10 times to this deck when they get lucky, but you have way higher odds of beating this deck than the aggro decks which are currently dominating ranked play.
