    I am sick and tired of the Arena AI cheating me. Game after game the drawing of 7 or 8 lands in a row is way to common for it to be in the variability. Everytime it happens, the other player just draws gas after gas. I draw land after land until they win. I calculated the percentages, And yes, I adjust each draw for one less land in the deck drawn. This happens to m about 1 in 10 games and it should only happen 1 in 50. Yeah. Definitely your AI at work causing people to loose. This cheating ruins the game.

    Sorry to tell you once it you get it installed, it doesn't get any better.

    UncaMonkey nails it on the head. 4 minutes game play 10 minutes waiting on the server and possible restart.

    But you know Wizards is raking in the dough and providing customer service of grade FAILING.

    Yeah, this is so frustrating, for the past week, I have seen more waiting for the server messages than ever. It is interfering with game play and enjoyment. With all the money they make, you would figure they could afford adequate servers. Seems like every week is a new issue with arena and no feedback from here. NEVER have I received an email back from what is posted on here. This messaging service here, posting information is a waste of time. Wizards scores an F with me on Customer Service.

    Completely uninstalled then reinstalled the game and the associated C++ files. IF I am lucky, i get to play 5 games before crashes. I am having it crash in the middle of the first game after a restart. I am beginning to think WOTC does not read this stuff.

    Why is it we can not send you a private email on this stuff? Why do we have to post our logs up here which could be compromising to our accounts in a public forum?
