    Go For Blood negates first strike. I cycled a card to make my Prickly Marmoset a 4/3 with First Strike. Then I played Go For Blood to have him fight my opponent's Porcuparrot (3/4). They both died because first strike doesn't work when you use Go For Blood apparently.
