    The support, after many mail, gave me that splendid advice (cynism) : we don't why but feel free to tell us if you ever find a solution.
    Fantastic !!

    There is indeed a kind of solution uninstall/reinstall. I have to do that every 3 days.

    Same problem for me and after senfing the logs to the technical support, guess the answer :
    "Based on the information you've supplied and the steps you've already tried, I’m sorry to say that we don't have any known solutions to the problem you're experiencing and are unable to advise you further. "

    OK, the game doesn't work and they don'y know why !!!

    They follow with :
    "You may want to post on the forums or our bug submission site to see if any other players have found a way to resolve this specific issue. If you do find a solution, please let us know so that we can update our Connection Issues article and agent training with that solution."

    Okayy, if I find a solution, I could tell them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
