    I had the same problem.
    Flashed in Spectral Adversary and paid the additional cost three times, targeted 3 of my opponents creatures which all phased out successfully, but SA did no receive any counters.

    This was in a draft match and was a pretty pivotal moment, arguably could have lost me the game.
