Hm I NEVER had a crash since I play. Must be like over 100 hours now.
All issues i have are disconnects and broken shuffler.9900KS@5.3ghz, 32GB RAM and GTX1080Ti, WIN10.
Are you still using Win7 ? Don't it's out of date and not supported anymore. -

Same here in Germany. My PC and connection is stable in every game, never have issues and my Ping to US is usually 30-60 in games, below 10 within Germany. This game discs alot, mostly mid game or at the end. I think you have no servers for EU, right?
Internet is fully functional after a disc occurs. I can reconnect very fast - tells me the route to your servers has packet loss.
You need EU/JP/Asian Servers.

The solution is: get EU servers. Connection to US is bad for everyone nonUS.
