   @sparksfamilyvalues#95319 Drannith Magistrate is on the Standard Brawl banlist, but not the Historic Brawl banlist. A card can be banned in Standard Brawl but still legal in Historic Brawl (examples: Omnath, Locus of Creation and Winota, Joiner of Forces)
