    As per the response from Admin below, I contacted Support.

    Here is the response from support. No offence to them, but this is no help at all:

    Thank you very much for working with us to try and find a fix to the issues you’re encountering. Based on the information you've supplied and the steps you've already tried, I’m sorry to say that we don't have any known solutions to the problem you're experiencing and are unable to advise you further.

    You may want to post on the forums or our bug submission site to see if any other players have found a way to resolve this specific issue. If you do find a solution, please let us know so that we can update our Display Issues article and agent training with that solution. I encourage you to keep an eye on that article for any updates that might enhance your play experience.

    I can play, but only if resolution is set to literally the lowest level. So, I have a tiny (768 x 432) window, on my 1980 x 1200 display. Any other settings results in screen freeze / hard crashing.

    Meanwhile, I can play any other game, on Ultra graphics settings, with no issues whatsoever. So it's not my hardware.

    The clients loads for me, but crashes a few seconds into any game. Screen freezes, or blue screen, then hard crash. Totally unplayable. Nothing helps (lower graphics settings, reinstall, running in window, etc).

    It is NOT my system, all drivers are updated, all hardware is modern and functioning.

    No change after update. Blue screen, freezes, hard crashes.

    Repeated crashing. Screen freezes or, in some cases, goes white.

    I have the latest graphic driver. Running in a window / with low graphics settings does not help. Reinstalling did not help. My PC is quite high end, no issues with other software.
