    Hey guys, I think I found the fix. Make absolutely certain that both the game and the game launcher are utilizing your high-end graphics card. To do this, right click on an empty space on your desktop. Hit "Nvidia Control Panel." Click "Add a Program." Look up BOTH MTG execute file and the launcher file. Then, select "Use high-performance Nvidia Processor." Of course, do not forget to then hit "apply" at the bottom.
    Fixed it up for me, at least for now.
