I've only tried crafting twice. Each time it was for the Ragebeast (red card) which requires 120 Mox Rubies. I didn't have the other requirements so it had to be via the gems. I took more notice the second time. After clicking on the craft using gems it gave an unknown error message and then went to the rewards screen. It hung here, stealing my gems but not giving me the creature card.

I've had it happen once with a slateclaw and twice with a team leader

Yeah same issue here as well, it froze on the create screen then when I had to reboot the game materials were gone and no card.

When I attempted to craft a Mobile Armory, I didn't have enough materials so it presented me the option to use moxes, and I did.

The game froze as it was trying to display the rewards screen, however, when I relaunched the game the moxes had been deducted but the card was not present. I started with one and still have one.

When the card was crafted it never appeared, but it used up the materials.
