Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.



Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)

If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.

If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Example: Shivan Dragon doesn’t work

Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.

  1. Summarize the problem
  2. List the steps you took that led to the problem
  3. What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
  4. What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps

Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.

  1. Open the life tracker and start a game
  2. Try to remove or add life to my life total
  3. Actual: my life total didn’t change
  4. Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

1.  What type of device you’re using
2. What version of your operating system you’re using
3. A screenshot of the issue (Note: it must be smaller than 50 mb in size)
4. Whether re-starting the application and attempting the steps again solved the problem

  7. Past event standings

    I participated in my first LGS event and was able to see my standing while i was still signed into the event.

    When the event is over, I haven’t found a way to look at my past event standings. I was wondering if that feature can be added so I can see how I’ve progressed and improved by checking my past standings.

    Hello, Im writing in english, cause i am unsure if this is the german page or not...

    so i want to pitch the idea of a mtg news category in the companionapp itself. i could contain all the new stuff, like new editions, new secret lair, new big events, prereleases, storys, etc.

    i know you have a newsletter, but most of the time this feels like spam and i think it would be awesome to have an easy mobile way to get the newest information, whenn i want them.

    I think it would be a good idea to add an extra feature on tournament history, with the results and perhaps some extra data such as the users you have faced and perhaps also a section where you can name the deck you are playing with, even a deck list if the user would like to add it for other players to see.

  12. You should have a glossary for keywords like flying, reach, deathtouch etc

    Include a glossary with keywords for abilities on cards so new players can have a reference and players playing historic can easily find definitions for more obscure or older abilities like shroud and flanking

    The Home Tab is quite useless. It would be great to have a quick link to other features on here. More than anything else, I use the Event tab when I get to a store and the Card Lookup for the following 6 hours (great feature). I would love to either customize which I start on, of have a quick link on the home tab
