Add DCI number

It would be a neat feature to attach a DCI number to the account and show choice of username (default) or real name on the companion.

    I’d want this if:
    A) match history were available via Companion
    B) adding this enabled me to access my DCI match history (which used to be on the Planeswalker Points site)
