The way some text is written on some cards does not make sense with the rulings on those cards. Take Hithlain knots for example. You have 3 separate things that happen, you tap, you scry and draw. Because it is written with periods, rather than commas these should be mutually exclusive actions from the card meaning that even if 1 can't happen, the other two still should. A better way to write these things, if the intent is that if one fizzles they all do, would be Tap target creature then scry 1 and draw a card. This would make the other two actions dependant on the first and make the way the cards ruling forces it to play make sense. As it is, the ruling doesn't fit with the structure of the text.

Just asking for more clarity in the way cards are written so they work the way it appears they are intended without questions.
