Before You Create a New Report


Before creating a new report, please enter the issue in the Issue Title field below to see if your issue has already been reported. It is a good idea to limit this to a few key words, like a device name or specific feature.

Example: webcam not found (Note: Partial words may not bring up results, we recommend to try webcam instead of cam or web cam)

Additional Information to Provide


You can provide additional information that can also help us perform an investigation quickly. Great information to include:
  1. The brand, model, and/or type of device you’re using (USB webcam, Android/Tablet, iPhone/iPad, etc.)
  2. The version or your operating system you’re using (i.e.: Windows 10, MacOS Big Sur, Android 11, iOS 14, etc.)
  3. Your browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.)
  4. A screenshot of the issue or any error messaging received (Note: it must be smaller than 50 mb in size)
  5. The last are simple checks for any camera/microphone issues you might encounter:
  • Ensured permission has been granted for your Camera and Microphone through your preferred browser: Use your camera & microphone
  • Ensured that no other programs are using your Camera or Microphone (you can find information on how to perform this check by searching online)
  • Temporarily disabling any Anti-Virus programs that might disable camera and microphone access (even if you’re already granted it)
  • Tested your camera is working with Online Mic Test

    Hi, I'd really like spelltable its a very awesome software for playing commander. Could you perhaps allow more than 4 players to play at a table?

    Please include support for Secret Lair cards. I was surprised when I tried it out and the SL cards couldn't be identified.

  3. C920 Logi Webcam Issues

    First time I loaded into spelltable, although slow, it worked, and I was able to play a few games with friends. Now the match page takes 5 minutes to load, and when it does, Im always met with a permissions denied error. I checked my permissions, they say my camera is allowed, I made sure nothing else (like ghub or obs) was grabbing the feed either, still no. I change my browser and make sure permissions are working there, still spelltable does not work. I even restarted my pc with the same issue. I see quite a few more users…

  4. Spelltable website won't load properly.

    I can enter the Spelltable website however, nothing aside from the colored background loads.

  5. Cannot use smart device for additional camera.

    My friends and I were facing issues with using our phone/ipad as additional camera for spelltable. It seems to be some issue with the generated QR code/website.

  6. Fix public lobby listing of how it counts members in a game room

    I had a game open in lobby, person 2 would join and wait, person 3 would join and leave immediately, and person 4 would join. While waiting, I'd lose a person, only 2 people in my game room

    For over 15 minutes, my game listing showed I had a full room (4 people) so I had to create a new game room to find 2 more players.

    Can the player count in lobby listings be fixed to reflect actual game room attendance?

  7. camera not working

    so, im using a cod sentinel headset and a logitech 1080 pro webcam. when i go to get into a game, i make sure that both settings are correct for inputs.
    when i get into the game, my webcam will work, but it will do audio out and in through my laptop. when i then, in game, change the settings, my headset will then send and receive audio, but then my webcam screen will go black. i have tried restarting my computer and making sure all the permissions can be granted. they both work individually, but they dont work together…

  9. Daily Quest/ XP bug

    Been playing matches this morning for my daily quest. My last three matches did not update it. It is stuck at 18/20 (White or Blue spells). I played white in two and White/Black in the third. My XP isn't going up either despite my wins.

  10. Joining a game, all opponents have black screens

    While trying to play a 1 on 1 game with a friend, my end shows my webcam just fine, but their screen is black. On their end, they see both their own and my webcam. We've reloaded the same lobby over and over, loaded into a new lobby and reloaded that one. They also can't hear me in lobby but I can hear them in lobby. We are both using webcams with separate mics and have the settings set so our mic/webcam of choice is the default option. Any idea on how to fix it?

  11. Piper of the swarm bug

    So I made a mono black rat deck that naturally has Piper Of The Swarm for some control options when I sacrifice my rats. Problem is, when I take control of a creature with my Piper it is given summoning sickness and can't attack, which I believe is a bug in the mechanic because the creature is already on the battlefield and didn't have sickness on my opponents side of the board. It's not like I'm removing the creature from the game and getting it back, I just take control of it. So why the summoning sickness? I took over…

  12. Spelltable camera issues (blue pixilated area)

    Got a new document camera, and it works great in everything but spell table. There is an area on the left where there is a blue pixilated bar. Attachments are using the camera in Discord vs Spell Table

  13. Randomize player order shortcut command

    Please add a shortcut to randomize player order! Instead of having to navigate to the cog on the left pane each time you want to randomize (some players use a d20, mind you) having a shortcut for this command would be a HUGE quality of life upgrade!

  14. Bug - Screen goes black

    Encountered this problem where my streaming goes black about half an hour started. Surely not a device problem beacause the browser and itself signals as funcioning and recording.

  15. card search shortcuts

    so in MTGA searching for cards can be kind of hard so in place of all that nonsense you have on there just give each card tags like ETB, Flicker, board wipe, _____ removal, counter spell and so on so you can just type in what kind of card your looking for and get options. I don't know why in all the years of MTG across all the search engines you have never done this. should be simple enough to code in just add additional tags to each card. what are you waiting for? get on it.

  17. Spelltable Codex wont Load?

    Basically when I log in to play with friend they have no issues but I'm only able to detect my own cards and when they try to load its a little white error box and loads the cards on the list as just title and black, not the actual card or image of it.

    Please post timeline for scanning issue resolution for WH 40K and other unscannable decks on Spelltable.

  19. Camera out of focus only on Spelltable, not in OBS

    Spelltable (or Google Chrome) seems to do this weird additional autofocus on my cards. See screenshot: Background is Spelltable, foreground is OBS.

    Using Logitech c920 but I also had this on my phone and a Trust webcam.

  20. Can't enter spelltable matches

    Can't enter the matches, I'm always stuck in the lobby clicking "Enter now" and it never loads, appears a error message or anything. If it helps, I'm trying to use the cellphone as the camera, so if i can't enter the match, i can't access the QR code or the link to actually use the phone as the cam
