Before You Create a New Report


Before creating a new report, please enter the issue in the Issue Title field below to see if your issue has already been reported. It is a good idea to limit this to a few key words, like a device name or specific feature.

Example: webcam not found (Note: Partial words may not bring up results, we recommend to try webcam instead of cam or web cam)

If your issue has been reported already, click the VOTE button so that we know you've experienced that bug as well. You can also leave a comment if you'd like to add to the conversation about that bug or provide additional information you think might be useful.

Use the Describe your idea field to detail what happened, and provide the following information to allow us to investigate the issue:
  1. Summarize the problem
  2. List the steps you took that led to the problem
  3. What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
  4. What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps

Additional Information to Provide


You can provide additional information that can also help us perform an investigation quickly. Great information to include:
  1. The brand, model, and/or type of device you’re using (USB webcam, Android/Tablet, iPhone/iPad, etc.)
  2. The version or your operating system you’re using (i.e.: Windows 10, MacOS Big Sur, Android 11, iOS 14, etc.)
  3. Your browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.)
  4. A screenshot of the issue or any error messaging received (Note: it must be smaller than 50 mb in size)
  5. The last are simple checks for any camera/microphone issues you might encounter:
  • Ensured permission has been granted for your Camera and Microphone through your preferred browser: Use your camera & microphone
  • Ensured that no other programs are using your Camera or Microphone (you can find information on how to perform this check by searching online)
  • Temporarily disabling any Anti-Virus programs that might disable camera and microphone access (even if you’re already granted it)
  • Tested your camera is working with Online Mic Test

  1. Volume sliders for individual players

    Some players are too loud. Some are too quiet. Balancing audio is a difficult task, so volume sliders should be added. Clicking on a player's name reveals their commander damage and poison. It should also include their volume.

  3. Win not counted in premier draft alchemy

    Just played a game where I won and saw the end screen saying win and was not given a win. The format was alchemy premier draft.

  4. Cloud, Midgar Mercenary issues.

    Cloud, Midgar Mercenary was destroyed even though he was equipped with Buster Sword, by an Instant/Sorcery that said Choose one: Destroy nonland permanent with NO counters on it. And some other choice.

  6. mastery Pass Not included anymore?

    Not sure what the plan going forward is, but with the Lorwyn set the pre set purchases did not include the Mastery Pass. Yet you STILL charged up the same as before. So basically you guys think it's OK to charge us 50 bucks for some cosmetics and a couple tokens. That is insane. And frankly, it's the ONLY reason I even bother to get the packages other than the packs. If spending 100 a quarter on virtual items that we don't really even possess unless we play Arena, and without buying you cannot enjoy the game, isn't even enough…

  7. spelltable qr code scans on my phone and phone works as camera but spelltable still shows qr code

    spelltable shows qr code i scan it on my phone it asks the normal questions which camera i want to use i put in the back camera input and on my phone it looks to be working normally but the spelltable website still shows qr code

  9. Game stops and exits when trying to. Start a new match.

    When you are in the lobby and try to start a new match, the game shuts down when you hit the play button. You have to restart the game quickly to get to the new match. This is on windows 11 on a surface pro.

  10. no lobbies to join

    when I log into the lobby area there are no lobbies to join at all, but when I play with my friends they can hop on the server list no problems. haven't found any resolution for this yet so I only play when my friends are on.

  11. camera not working on one computer

    Connecting via mobile phone, OBS Virtual Cam, and Droid Cam works on one computer, but not another. I've tried Chrome and Edge, restarting the computer, updating security and privacy setting for camera and browser. I've changed between camera types on the browser and within SpellTable. I've updated my computer, several thousand restarts, different accounts and different phones. One setup works perfectly fine on one computer, but won't work on another.

  12. connecting to server

    1. Stuck on "connecting to server"
    2. Joined into an active game lobby via email link
    3. Actual: Taken to game lobby in session with every other player's camera's stuck with "connecting to server"
    4. Expected: To have all connected player's camera's visible

    I have never had this issue with Spell Table and had not changed any settings or my set up prior to issue.
    I am on my PC running Windows 11 Home V. 25H2 using my Google Pixel 8 Android version 16 for the camera. I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps recommended in this forum in addition to:

  14. Spelltable: No cameras and sound are loaded, error in console no one else had

    When I open spelltable on 1 specific device (Windows 11 desktop) and try and use the mobile phone as camera, I do see other players, but I cannot hear them and I cannot see their screens, and neither can they hear me/see my screen. Also they can hear each other and see their boards. When i use a different device (laptop with windows 11) it works without issue (same account used in all cases). When I look in the console.log() I see the error that is included as .png. When I asked the other players they had no such error…

  17. Cameras and sound not showing in any browsers

    Hi, a couple nights ago I played spelltable just fine.

    Last night I went to do the same thing I usually do and am greeted with the error “There was a problem changing your camera, try closing your app”. However, this error is not only on my camera but everyone else’s cameras as well. They are able to see each other but I can’t see or hear anyone. I tried clearing all the browser data, 3 different browsers (Firefox, Chrome & Edge) and all had the same problem. This happened on my steamdeck where I usually play and it is…

  18. destroy target non outlaw creature went through hexproof

    I played Shardmage's Rescue on my creature to protect against the targeting by the card Shoot the Sheriff "Destroy Target non-outlaw creature". I played my card after the Shoot the Sheriff as an instant. I believe that hexproof protects against the targeting so how did my creature still die? I don't believe this is correct?

  20. OBS will not connect

    OBS worked fine from April until July. Started to connect today (9/17/25), and I get the message from the screen-print below. I uninstalled OBS and reinstalled, then reinstalled an older version and received the same message.
