This is a bug that is currently being looked into by the developers. Information about the issue can be found in the following site. https://forums.mtgarena.com/forums/threads/66434
As you are already aware, a temporary work around while a fix is being worked on is to change the language setting in the client to English. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and we thank you for your patience while this issue is being looked into.)
I think it was easier that 12 days later WOTC, in their game Status page clearly stated every day that they are still working in a game fix and not saying the game is Operational and making players look around forum after forum for an answer or a solution.An error occurred while saving the comment RUMMWIZ#71761 commentedHello, 6 days and a hotfix later, Game still Crash when using the "Brazilian Portuguese" language.
Can Only use English Language and play the daily rewards with the same deck over and over again.
Can not use M21 cards because my English is bad and i dont Know what the cards do.Windows eventmanger tells is the "aksoundengine.dll"

An error occurred while saving the comment RUMMWIZ#71761 commentedHi, for me after the hotfix the game is a little better but still slow betrween scenes, black screen or always waiting for server, during play freezes, choke and when i opened a Ikoria boster when i pressed the Rare card the game closed I do not know what card it was and even if the cards were sent to my collection.
