    Hey, bgarber.
    On my computer, your technique doesn't work. The complete deletion of MTGA and files is not enough.
    The only way I have to solve the problem is to remove "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 redistributable (x64) - 14.26.28720".
    The problem is that without this C++ package, a lot of other software doesn't work (e.g. the office package).
    It is however at the time of the launch of MTGArena that the update of C++ is done.
