    Based on the information you've supplied and the steps you've already tried, I’m sorry to say that we don't have any known solutions to the problem you're experiencing and are unable to advise you further. You may want to post on the forums or our bug submission site to see if any other players have found a way to resolve this specific issue. If you do find a solution, please let us know so that we can update our Install & Update Issues article and agent training with that solution. I encourage you to keep an eye on that article for any updates that might enhance your play experience.

    Having same exact issue with asset error every single setup on my 2012 iMac. Some crashes but biggest drag is waiting 7-10 minutes for game to start
    Wizards directed me to epic support who quickly bounced me back to wizards support.
    Still waiting on a resolution.
