you can install from epic game store & be able to get in because epic has the correct files but there still issue with being able play games.

I'm playing Arena on Ubuntu using Wine. It only works using the msi file to install and (manually) update. There is still no msi file for the update on Mar 13th, I couldn't play for a week. Could you please provide the msi file. That would make me very happy :)

Every time I launch the game it has to reload the assets. Once that is done there is an asset error detected and client has to restart. It validates the assets, and same error. Every time in a continuous loop.
I've reinstalled, I've tried a clean boot, I've cleaned up registry, ran compatibility mode with a different version of windows. Nothing works. And when I sent it in as an issue all I got was: "We know this is an issue but we have no way of solving it right now." -

Hello there !
I also have a problem after installing the game. The launcher download an update of about 180MB, then copy some files, delete others, then the game starts, i see the cursor of the game and a black screen but nothing else.Where can I find some help?

Game refuses to install or uninstall. I have tried all suggestions provided by the support team. Running the launcher causes the update to fail at "copying new files". Running the newest install MSI causes the error seen in the attached image. Attempting to uninstall the game does the same. I have deleted the entire install directory as well as all related registry files I could fine but the error keeps coming up. The support team basically said "We don't know, good luck".

Try using EPIC games launcher. Had this same issue for a couple weeks, then booted Arena via EPIC and it screams to start-up. Hope this works for you.

I solved the issue by removing third party products that access the logs (Arena Pro and Arena Tutor as example)....

I have the same issue every time I start MTG Arena. I exit the game normally, no ALT+F4 or end task in task manager.

It is extremely frustrating that there are hundred of upvotes and comments, and from what I can tell there is not even an acknowledgement from WotC that there is an issue and that they are addressing it.
