Attacked with a menace creature into a 2/2 token and a 1/1. I put 1 damage on the 1/1 and 1 damage one the 2/2. After damage my creature died. I then used Case of the Gorgon to kill the token that had 1 damage marked on it. As a token it should "hit the graveyard." The "counter" on the case never went to three, and the case did not "solve" becoming a 4/4.
I believe the game didnt see the token hit the Graveyard.
