    This is still an issue; after pressing Finish, there's no warning that the restriction is violated, or an opportunity to correct either by removing the companion or changing the cards sideboarded.

    Just found this as well; it seems this is still missing from the Companion app (though it is available on Gatherer), and can be pretty relevant for constructed play; if looking up cards for the Modern Infect deck, for example, it would not be evident from Companion that all the creatures are Phyrexians, which can have a big effect on the game with cards like Plague Engineer.
