To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.
Example: Shivan Dragon doesn’t work
Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Unable to Select Companions for Deck Customization
I can change Avatar, I can change Sleeves, but the Select Companions screen shows only the current companion for each deck and no other Companion can be selected.

Error on Update Wizard Account Name
When trying to update name that appears to other users, the app produces an error "sorry we are currently experiencing issues, please try again later".
This also occurs on the wizards website.
Companion app -> Update Profile -> edit name -> change first name -> submit

Card collection secrets of strixhaven
the card collection for the Strixhaven Brains set is faulty. It tells me I'm missing a colorless card, but when I go to the filter settings and select "not received," nothing is displayed. Even when comparing it to the official setlist, I haven't found the missing colorless card.

Customer reviews do not function.
Players have recieved no options to leave a customer review rating. The companion app gives no options. No notifications of any kind or options to leave reviews. Please allow for general ratings rather than based off of just events. Stores should be rated on player opinion in general not just if they liked the draft event they did last night. Store metrics shouldnt be enforced on systems in place that have zero working functionality. If youre reading this please mark this as critical because this is not a localized issue. The bug where Arena drops out of Fullscreen resolution for widescreen monitors every time you click on anything in the game is back with this latest update.
It sucks, and this time a registry edit doesn't fix it. Y'all need to either fix this stupid stupid bug or stop doing updates that undo our homemade fixes of this stupid problem. Companion/Lurrus not available in Brawl
I've been using my Amalia Benavides Brawl deck with Lurrus of the Dream Den as a companion for quite some time. Starting yesterday, Lurrus is no longer showing up in gameplay. I have tried both regular Brawl and Competitive Brawl and have not seen Lurrus once. I know Lurrus is still in my deck, in my companion slot, so I'm not sure what's going on, but it's removing a critical tool from my deck.

This triggers of dealing damage, not receiving damage.
