    This started happening to me as well ever since the Zendikar update. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app to see if that fixed it, which it did not. Is there any indication that the Arena team is currently working on a fix for this? Because not knowing if this is even on their radar right now is a bit frustrating. I don't want to bag on the devs or anything, but having to wait around fifteen minutes to even boot up the game is definitely making me less inclined to play until it is fixed. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
