    I am getting the the feeling that my request and the feedback I get is sub-standard at best.

    I have refrained from participating in any tournaments other than FNM. At least until Arena solves the player cheating problem.

    All my requests are marked solved. and no real action taken and my request/report is treated with what seems like it has no importance. and my thoughts/issues unimportant.

    I am very disappointed Arena Customer Service. To the point of considering canceling my account.

    I budget between $50 - $100 a month to spend in arena. more when able.

    considering the response I have thus far received, it seems that Arena Customer Service is not doing their job. Merely claiming to pass on issues to the proper people and marking the issues "Solved".

    here is the list of what was "solved" and no further action taken. Done is a disrespectful way.

    If this is not so. Then someone contact me directly. or send me a messasge other than we are marking you issue "solve". and moving onto the next one.

    This is not a service.. it is not good in any way. Arena will reap the negative results over time. Or find that those player that are not cheating will only stay around for a short time.

    I had the same issue after the last big patch.

    I ended up uninstalling arena, and reinstalling it to fix it...

    (((don't forget to delete previous versions from you download files. I do not know why, but it would not fix until I did that and re-downloaded the install file,)))

  4. saving favorite decks when I log back in my deck "Death and Darkness" returns to non-favorite constantly.
