    Had the same issue happen today. Normally you get an option in the lower right to take damage or let your opponent draw. That option didn't appear and I instantly took damage.

    Same issue here. Removing abilities does not seem to remove the land ability. Used Icthyomorphosis on opponent's Ashaya, however their creatures were still being considered lands. This was confirmed as my Banishing Light was not able to target any of their creatures.
