    I have the same problem. I recently came back to the game after 2 years or so, I got the quests to unlock the 10 dual colored decks then. I have the 5 mono colored decks but have not received any quests to unlock the current decks. I understand its a bug and these things are not just easy fixes, but it is mildly annoying.
