Hey everyone. I found a solution to this issue on a similar bug report post.
"Guys my problem has solved. If it isnt bcuz of fixing u guys should download any uninstaller and remove the game with every single file and registry data and then reinstall it. I used revo uninstaller. Now I can play the game after ten days."
Apparently, every trace of MTGA needs to be erased from the computer, and uninstalling it normally still leaves behind files. I'm not completely sure what it is that the game is having trouble with, but I used the program revo uninstaller to erase every file related to MTGA before reinstalling it. Just be careful not to uninstall or delete anything important to you or your computer if you use that program!
