    Can confirm Teferi, Who Slows the Sunset, +1 loyalty ability does not untap permanents you control. Adding log.

    Opponent attacked with a Watcher of the Spheres with Staggering Insight attached. Declared 3 blockers - 1 Youthful Valkyrie and 2 Righteous Valkyrie. Prior to damage step, opponent set blocking order and Youthful Valkyrie appeared on the far left, Righteous Valkyries on the right. Fight as One was cast on the Youthful Valkyrie; however during damage step, the first creature attacked was top Righteous Valkyrie in their stack, even though it wasn't ordered as the first target. Consider making the combat order explicit for clarity if this is not a bug.
