    stone brain

    - have never been able to make it work on mobile client
    - will some times work on PC client factors of when it will vs when it wont unclear
    - issue seen - activation of ability results in no UI to select card name then sits at screen with arrow pointing to target player and allows clock to run out. turn ends and no selection possible. no player interaction possible.
    -summary - card can not be used due to improper rule computation. request bug fix ASAP.
