Same issue here. I can log in from mobile device (android) with data connection, but from mac with home wifi connection "Can't get collection" error occurs after long time waiting with black screen. Same error from mobile device with wifi home internet connection (wind 3 / Italy). I precise that internet home connection is operational and stable; also tried to restart router and to connect mac with lan cable, same issue...
