Going around and around on this site. Is there any way to submit an actual support ticket?
My account has the same timeout error on multiple devices. This includes the same PC that my son's account is able to log in on, so it is NOT a matter of troubleshooting on the client device end.
This is a bug affecting the account itself. I was able to play this morning, then locked out without making any other changes.
