my guess is even a 1000 votes would make no difference to whatever ecommerce/advertising/sales firm wotc set up or subbed this app to haha. Truth is, I've only played arena a handful of times since this whole debacle, and to be honest, I was surprised that so many would be upset that arena had a bug in it preventing delivery of free decks as promised. I figured, why expect free decks when real magic (paper magic) is never free. But now I get it. The game is not enjoyable when consistently getting slapped by decks that are so far out of the league of the free cards we are using as new players. If this is being deprioritized by "tech support" since it promotes a rush in sales of packs and whatnot out of outright frustration on the part of new players, that's ridiculous and not right at all. This issue, in addition to the shuffler and algorithm issues referenced in other *massive" threads on this bug support page, shows a complete lack of regard for the arena user base. It's my belief that "tech support" has everything off this feedback site go into that "special file for really important things" in their office: the trash can. I'll still play paper magic and buy magic cards, and some might say I'm a sucker for not swearing off the company as a whole, but I don't feel a paper based game can translate to an online ecommerce app without *something* being subbed out to some third party or other. Wotc, get your house in order and your shit together. People who do choose to spend money on arena are not stupid and the well will dry up eventually. Play a long game, not a short hustle. Peace.

First off, I'm not really looking at arena as an end all be all way to play magic. Mostly, it's been a way for me to properly understand how certain gameplay mechanics work so I can better play magic with actual cards. I'm new to magic in general, so the free cards and decks I started getting once starting up with arena were a nice surprise. Using what I've unlocked so far, probably about 3 or 4 of the main decks and all 5 of the colour decks, I've been able to get up into gold tier 2 in standard ranked 2022, which I know isn't anything to brag about. But it's been fun, and getting the decks allowed me to learn more mechanics over time. That being said, since the glitch it has become less enjoyable to play arena. Every once in a while I make a bunch of new decks and try them out for fun but I'm running out of ways to make decks that aren't essentially the same deck over and over again. I'll be upfront, I haven't put a dollar into this game. I'm saving that money for physical cards which hold a lot more appeal to me. That being said, I do know that there are those who are putting money into this game, and if I were them, I would be very hesitant to sink any more money into a game which, based on this thread and others in the bug reporting area, seems to be plagued with glitches and slow response times and abnormal breakages. No app or product is perfect, but even recognizing that this is negatively affecting the new player experience for many users would go a long way to making the userbase feel appreciated, as well as making the app feel like a safer thing to spend actual money on. A lot of the comments below concerning the upcoming rotation are also extremely valid and should be addressed.
