    I got a reply from a Customer Service Supervisor that says they will have this bug fixed on 11/11 with the Crimson Vow update.

    However we're not getting compensated or refunded if you wanted to make a new account, etc. And I'm like, do I even believe them with the ****** response we've all received?

    replying to guy below, another one of us stuck with this bug actually got someone on support that would answer them instead of solving the ticket and not replying with any useful information.

    support said there is no way we're getting a refund or compensated.

    We can assume they're just letting this problem sit until the new season starts. They probably think it'll fix itself but their client is so buggy it will just make more problems.

    Same problem as everyone else in the thread, including the **** support response. They "added my vote" to a topic with 2 votes that I could barely find in the sea of other threads with the same problem and 0-2 votes. Support after that just closes my ticket randomly to get rid of me.

    Pretty terrible response I've had atleast.

    Support responded to me with "Yea we know its a bug, ok bye!" So seeing as there's been reports here for atleast a year of this being a problem, I'd say we're pretty ******.

    I have the same issue and I've done pretty much exactly what you've done when you started playing. (Tutorial/ Color challenges) The screenshots are exactly what mine looks like too.

    I have the same issue but just as a new player, I'm stuck at Bronze Tier 0 with my profile saying "You need to play a game this season".

    The support tickets I sent in were responded with "we know its a bug, ok bye!" Pretty atrocious response
