support said there is no way we're getting a refund or compensated.

They "added my vote" to a topic with 2 votes that I could barely find in the sea of other threads with the same problem and 0-2 votes. Support after that just closes my ticket randomly to get rid of me.
Pretty terrible response I've had atleast.

An error occurred while saving the comment tylo#24286 commentedI have the same issue but just as a new player, I'm stuck at Bronze Tier 0 with my profile saying "You need to play a game this season".
The support tickets I sent in were responded with "we know its a bug, ok bye!" Pretty atrocious response

I got a reply from a Customer Service Supervisor that says they will have this bug fixed on 11/11 with the Crimson Vow update.
However we're not getting compensated or refunded if you wanted to make a new account, etc. And I'm like, do I even believe them with the ****** response we've all received?
