Rank not leveling.
While playing there is no Rank Tier that is visible before or after matches. When I visit my profile it shows that I am Bronze Tier 4 even though I have won enough to level higher. After wins there is no progression or indication in rank tiers, so this affects my seasonal rewards.

Sometimes when I win in historic ranked my rank does not increase

I'm stuck at Silver 4, and I haven't seen the rank/tier progress indicator that used to pop up after each game in weeks.

Hello,
I have been stuck at Bronze Tier 4 for 3 months now. I thought that the last update might fix the issue but it has not. Is there going to be a fix for this issue anytime soon. -
