    All the people who got the now fixed bug Bronzie Tier 0 needs to be refunded for all the months and prizes lost.

    I think that giving something like the Gold/Mythic prizes for the lost months would be a nice way to compensated the afflicted users.

    I sent an email to the support asking for a solution for this problem or at least a refund, for the time and money spent on my account.
    They responded by linking me to this page (that I've already seen...).
    I asked if they could provide some aknoledgement of this bug, if they are working on it. Some kind of recognition from a human being.

    They responded literally copy-pasting their first response, with link to this page... lmao.

    The support is terrible....

    Even if I win, I'm stuck at level 0 of Bronze and not ranking up.
