    So, ive been dealin with this since i downloaded arena (about a month or so ago) and ive summited many tickets about it. No response of any type, except the first one which was some copy paste stuff saying that they AKNOWLEDEGE the problem. Not working. Nothing.
    I have reinstalled the game, changing all options in options menu and nothing worked. So today, i decided to create a new account and see what happens. IT WORKS PERFECTLY. I didnt finish the color challenge and Im at bronze IV.
    So, i dont know much about programming or resolve issues like that, but if u can simply create a new account with the same username and they somehow transfer ur old collection of cards the problem will be solved or at least remedied.
    I will continue playing for abour three weeks more. If nothing happens till then i will switch to another online card game like hearthstone or something like that bc playing without ranked or without the cards you earned or paid is unacceptable.

  2. Ranked - Even when i play and win a ranked game, nothing is change in my rankiing level.
