An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment BlackDahlia42#77387 commentedCan officially confirm that their response to the idea of us making new account and them giving us our stuff is "well fuck you and what you've spent the currency on, but we can move the currency you HAVEN'T spent over to the new account" so yeah. you'll get to spend currency you still have, but everything you've built on your accounts is SOL. I've reported them to the BBB to have a mediator hopefully force a response.

That's blatantly not caring that your game is unplayable.

Better Business Bureau page has all the company information you need to fill out the Washington AG form. Since BBB doesn't even give an accreditation to this company, if you aren't willing to take time for both I encourage focusing on the WA Attorney General complaint form
