is anything actually going to be done about this, can get no response from customer service other than getting linked to this post by a cookie cutter copy paste response. i feel pretty mistreated as a customer over this, i put money into my account, but this bug keeps me from 9/10 of the decks that i should get for free and pretty much makes the game completely unplayable for me.
they said a while ago the bug affected to few people for them to do anything about, and there are no response on when or if at all something is going to be done.
at this point after months im close to just boycotting wizards of the coast completely over this, paying a company money that ***** so completely on its customers will leave a bad taste in my mouth
