    The triggers appear to be ordered by ETB timestamp. So if you cast Norin, then a a 2-drop and both get blocked in the same combat, the trigger for Norin goes on the bottom of the stack, with the most recent creature going on top and resolving first.

    That said, this is super annoying and has cost me multiple draft games.

    I have also had his problem and caused be to be unable to play a game winning torment of hail fire. Please fix.
