    1. I simply played Teferi. No interfering cards in play.
    2. I'm on PC, Windows 10 env.
    3. Was expecting targeted permanents to TAP/UNTAP
    4. As above
    5. No screens (nothing apparently changed)
    6. No idea how to workaround this. My opponent surrendered when noticed it.

    Encountered the same identical bug. My adversary even surrended for fair play. That's quite frustrating, I'm looking forward to a fix to this.

    Similar problem for me. I played a second Portrait of Michiba (one had already became a creature - noble) and -for no reason- my cards triggered abilities stopped working. Saga didn't advance anymore, my patchwork robot didn't get any +1/+1 counters for new artifact spells and so on.
    Quite annoying...
