    I concur. The same cards from opening hand are always in my mulligan hands, even down to 2 cards. Of course WotC won’t let me upload the videos of it. A 120 card deck with 50 mana, 50 creatures, and 20 spells/enchantments, and I get one mana, all spells, no creatures… for six turns? When I do get a creature draw or in opening hand, it is ALWAYS my highest casting cost creature in the deck (there are two). Most creatures I run are 1-3 cost in almost all my decks.

    I play a 60 card deck with 25 lands, and what do I draw? One land, every mulligan.

    Every deck I go against has god drawn hands, out of a 250 card deck. It is getting ridiculous.

    And I am positively convinced the opponents can see what I have in my hand/deck. If I draw a removal or a protection, they always take one to two timeout bars to respond with a protection or a counter, while constantly highlighting my deck, their deck, their hand, and my spell on the stack.

    When I am winning, they have a victorious comeback with one draw while no cards in hand or creatures on deck. When I pull my last card of a combo on draw step, before I can even play it, a few players highlight my hand and immediately concede.

    I had a Helm of the Host equipped to my Serra’s Emissary, and created two copies. The copies never got haste on the turn they came out. Then, the opponent taps mana, but casts no spell to unequip my helm, and for the entire game I can’t re-equip it. Then, out of a 250 card deck, he manages to pull a removal spell, which I counter with hexproof instant (Loran’s Escape). Next turn he pulls another destroy spell, I used my instant to give indestructible. I draw another Loran’s escape, and he draws another removal spell, which I counter. And again for the four turn, a removal, again got countered. Finally on fifth turn, he got a board wipe, but his creatures don’t die? He has nothing to prevent this. I tried submitting the full video to WotC, but every time I report a “bug” it auto forwards me to FAQ. I have to stop loading page once I click the report a bug option, and then I enter the information, but it wont let me upload the video, even when I cut it down to just the board wipe.

    I tried pulling data logs, but it wouldn’t let me save them… convenient.

    I am recording EVERY game I play now for proof.

    I have even tried uploading the video here and it won’t let me… Again, convenient

    They will never fix this. The most recent update forked the game harder. Went to play pauper because it was advertised. Made a 60 card deck, only 4 cards in the deck were mana cost 4+. Out of 12 games I got two to three of those cards in my hand. I mulligan, and guess what? Right back in my hand. You only need 3 wins to get the prize, and out of 12 games, I finally got one win. How? The opponent quit before we began playing. 60 cards and only mana I get is of the color not in my hand, I get spells and no creatures. The game is RIGGED! Even the response from e-mail is canned and ignored by real people.

    Sent a load of complaints to WotC about Arena after update. Got standard “cookie cutter” response:

    Thank you for contacting Wizards of the Coast Customer Service. I'm very sorry to hear that you've had some undesirable results while playing MTG Arena. I assure you that our algorithms, including matchmaking, the shuffler, coin flips, and others, have been tested at length and are working as intended. All players are on the same playing field using the exact same rules.

    NO! It is not the same for everyone. Ithe game cheats you if you haven’t spent cash on it for a few days. It always sc**ws your draws, and even blatantly cheats to make you loose. I went against a deck with my destroyer deck: white/black with multiple destroys, target remove and mass exile cards, and peons that bounce back from graveyard. Whole game only got 3 mana and only pulled cards with cost 4+. That in of itself isn’t the cheating (even though it happens every sing game now), my opponent dropped a March from the Black Gates that amass’ orc 1, then dropped a Dreadhorde Invasion that amass’ zombies 1, and the orc just kept ramping. Just the orc twice every round. No Zombies. Finaly got a one ring out and wouldn’t you know. He had JUST THE PERFECT CARD to get rid of it. Draws from that point on were downhill. No more land and everything he drew just annihilated any creature I dropped. This was just one instance.

    Dozen of other instances of NEVER drawing a creature. Never drawing a land. I could draw a buff card, but no creature to cast it on. I play a mono color deck and it is just the same. I play blue counter deck and am only paired with a black deck that has a ton of distress like cards to constantly discard, while opponent has a consistent land drop. I play mono-red haste and I am not putting any creatures and am paired with a blue counter deck that has tons of counters and landfall *****. The game is BROKEN.
