    I have eventually solved the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling Arena.
    I point out that just after uninstalling the program, I paid attention to manually delete any folder related to Wizards of the Coast's MTG Arena product and I run Ccleaner to get rid of the junk files and to clean and fix the unvalid registry keys. After reinstalling, the problem seems luckily solved.
    I hope this operation could turn out to be helpful to anybody experimenting a problem of such kind.
