I also got this error since the last maintenance on 22nd November 2022. I have been unable to login for nearly 4 days now, just after I reached Mythic last week and now I cannot try to get into the numbers..
Tried rebooting, tried VPN, tried using mobile version on my phone... nothing...
Please fix asap.. kind of destroys it for me after playing several hours daily and getting this error ... VERY frustrating
1. Steps to reproduce: Start the game. After the "initial scene" check comes "Waiting for server" then directly the message "Unable to get collection" pops up. Options to check Status, which tells me everything is fine. Reconnect, which is basically a loop returning to the same options again and log out.
2. Platform is Windows 10

4. expected result would be the game screen with quests, decks, profile and so on
5. see screenshots attached by bug opener. they are the same.
6. no workaround found
Update: Playing via Android App works. Playing on another PC with my account does not. So it does not seem to be on my computer's end.
Final Update: I resolved this issue locally. There was a lot of network traffic in my LAN congesting the cables. (Yes, I have lots 60+ clients on my LAN for the family..) That was why everything seemed to work, e.g. YouTube etc., but the available bandwidth was apparently not sufficient for Arena. Now it works again and should it every happen again I now know where to look.
