I forgot to mention that I also had a bug with the protection abilities granted by Akromas Memorial but i can not remember if any Alchemy cards where involved in that specific instance of Protection not working as intended.

maybe full control mode can fix this issue. i often use it to order my triggered abilities in a specific way which is impossible without full control mode.

try to activate full control mode during the match. it gives you much more options to do stuff than just unselecting all the auto options. helped me with my problem to order triggered abilities that where triggered at the exact same time but i needed them to resolve in a specific order

yes its annoying and they will not ban it i guess. may i suggest that you put shadowspear and disenchant in your decks so you can remove the hexproof and destroy nine lives for instant win or use bonecrusher giants adventure which deals damage that cant be prevented

toxic is okay but maybe hexproof should prevent poison counters or maybe a remove poison ability instead of that lame For Mirrodin stuff would have been nice

protection ability seems not to work well lately. had a baneslayer angel destroyed by a dragon today which should not be possible due to its protection from dragons. very annoying

try full control mode this helps usually but i do not know if it exists on mobile versions. otherwise maybe your opponent had that teferi planeswalker which lets you only pla at sorcery speed

powerrstone mana can not be used for non artifact spells. so if your creature was not an artifact creature then this was no bug

sometimes you need to enter full control mode to do everything you should be able to do. dunno if thats even possible on mobile version... on pc version full control helped me with a lot of compareable bs

since you did not provide pictures I do not know what cards your opponent had on the field but there are some creatures that prevent triggered abilities from triggering. maybe the opponent had one of those and later it was dead
