Same issue again today and I have followed the troubleshooting steps. However, unfortunately, no success.

WOTC Support, good afternoon,
I got the same issue with "unable to pick" and then "waiting for the server" today during the WOE Premier draft.
In the end, I received a random deck draft by AI.
