    Platform: PC
    Format: Premier Draft Wilds of Eldraine

    Steps that occurred:
    1) Entered combat
    2) Attacked with Protective Parents
    3) Defending player blocked
    4) Damage is assigned and Protective Parents takes lethal damage
    5) Protective Parents dies and is sent to the graveyard
    6) Triggered ability occured and I placed the "Young Hero Role" on another creature. (This confirms combat was 100% over)
    7) Opponent casts Bargained Kellan Lightblade and kills one of my creatures.

    Actual result: Bargained Kellan Lightblade targeted and killed a creature who was not attacking or blocking.

    Expected result: Kellan lightblade says "to target attacking or blocking creature", outside of combat you should not be able to target a creature EVEN IF it had attacked earlier in the turn.
